Zinc

This is one of those vitamins you won’t hear a great deal about. It’s something that is rarely even considered to be beneficial and something that doesn’t quite have the nutritional pulling power as vitamins like Vitamin C. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its use and it certainly doesn’t mean that it’s not effective. This is easily one of the best vitamins for hair growth, with many benefits that you just won’t get from other vitamins.

Zinc has actually been used for many years to treat several different forms of hair loss. That’s because zinc is involved with the hair growing process and by supplementing with it you can speed up that process.
